The Wagners have been in full-time ministry for over 25 years. They have diverse ministry experience which includes pastoring their last church for 13 years.
Mrs. Ann is the author of the book “Hope for the Hurting: A Personal Account of Overcoming Abuse and Betrayal and Gaining the Victory” and has been used of God to help troubled women overcome their difficult situations.
They have two daughters, Megan and Meredyth, and three grandchildren.

Andrew & Anna Inboden
Associate Pastor
The Inbodens joined our staff in January of 2026.
Andrew & Anna have been in full-time ministry together for 16 years. Most recently serving as pastor of a church in North Idaho for 11 years. God has moved them to Kingsport, TN. and they are excited about the future of this ministry.
They have 4 children, Nathan (7), Ben (5), Lydia (2), Caleb (0).

Josh & Megan McCann
Youth Director
Josh & Megan met here at Bible Baptist as teenagers and have been faithful members for many years.
Josh & Megan are over our student ministries. From planning activities to teaching classes every week it is clear to see their love for our youth! They also are over our annual Vacation Bible School which is held every June.
Josh and Megan were married in October of 2016 and have two children.

Alan & Teresa Cowden
Facilities & Office Administrator
Alan works alongside all of our staff in building maintenance to keep the facilities looking their best.
Teresa has been our office administrator for 1 year, but worked previously for the church as a custodian. She is an integral part of our church staff and works behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly.
They have two adult children who also faithfully serve at Bible.
